Coaching: Autonomy and Self-Motivation

This course promotes self-awareness and personal growth, encouraging students to develop skills in decision-making, goal setting, and self-motivation. Through a variety of individual and group activities, students will explore their strengths, values, and interests, practicing setting achievable goals, overcoming obstacles, and building resilience. They will learn strategies to foster autonomy, increase confidence, and cultivate a mindset that supports long-term personal and professional growth.


The Coaching activity is part of Area 1 of the Gap Year in Spain program of CIS and UC3M.
