This experiential workshop addresses the concepts of leader and leadership; empathy, assertiveness and social skills, communication, motivation, teamwork, decision-making, stress management, conflict, and mediation. It aims to provide the students with tools to apply the most modern and effective leadership methods, highly valued in the workplace.
