Mindfulness is the practice of being present and fully engaged in the present moment, without judgment. It can help people develop resilience - the ability to bounce back from adversity and cope with stress and challenging situations. Its practices can also help cultivate a growth mindset, in which challenges are seen as opportunities for growth.

The Mindfulness and Resilience activity is part of Area 3 of the Gap Year in Spain program of CIS and UC3M.
