Cancellation policy

The payment of the reservation fee, equivalent to 1,000 euros, is subject to the following refund conditions:

No refund will be made in the event of withdrawal by the student.

Once the reservation fee has been paid and admission has been processed, no refund will be made if the student decides to drop out of the program. This includes situations such as:

  1. Personal decision not to continue with the enrollment process.

  2. Refusal or delay on the part of the student to comply with additional requirements (documentation, deadlines, etc.).

  3. Changes in the student's personal or family plans.

Refund in case of cancellation of the program by the institution.

If the GAP YEAR SEMESTER program does not take place due to causes attributable to the institution (e.g. cancellation of the course due to lack of enrollment or administrative reasons):

 

  1. The institution will refund the full amount of the reservation fee (1,000 euros).
    The refund will be processed within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the official notification of the cancellation of the program.

Additional notes

  1. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the same payment method used by the student or tutor.

  2. The institution reserves the right to request additional documentation to validate refund requests in case of program cancellation.
