What are the necessary conditions for equity, inclusion and diversity? To answer this question, in this course, we will first examine what is to common and particular voice in the constructions of identity categories such as gender, race, disability, and class, within the framework of foundational debates about recognition, redistribution, and intersectionality.
Second, we will discuss the challenges we face in terms of equity, inclusion and diversity through current social movement manifestations such as #blacklivesmatter #sayhername, #metoo and #thebarriersweface, among others.

Analyze diverse social, political, and cultural contexts.
