This activity includes aspects of oral and written communication in different fields (academic, professional, social networks), as well as time management techniques that are currently highly valued in study and work centers.

Learning Outcomes
At the end of this activity, the student will be able to:
Apply oral and written communication strategies adapted to different contexts (academic, professional and digital), using language that is clear, structured and appropriate to the target audience.
Identify and avoid common mistakes in interpersonal communication and social networks, developing skills for responsible, empathetic and assertive expression.
Design and present effective messages in different formats (oral presentations, e-mails, network publications, brief reports) demonstrating cohesion, coherence and appropriate style.
Use time management tools and techniques (such as the Eisenhower matrix, the Pomodoro method or task prioritization) to plan academic and personal activities efficiently.
Critically reflect on their own communication and time organization habits, proposing realistic improvements that favor performance and personal well-being.
